Spalon Montage did not live up to the reviews and was a huge disappointment. This was supposed to be a special day for my husband and I to finally relax and be pampered.

Then, we paid over $200 for MAYBE 20 minutes of what's equivalent to a lotion rub. The one hour massage that started late ended EARLY. Then I sarcastically stated, "I thought you took a nap." Was it right? Maybe not, but I was irritated that the massage I received was at best a 4/10. I literally asked, "What are you doing?" after several minutes of no movement. I was never asked if the pressure was okay. I'm sure Karen is a nice lady, but she's not attuned to customers. Meanwhile, this is eating up my massage time. WHY? Then, the lockers wouldn't lock and I had to track down staff who confirmed that they've been having problems with the lockers and she needed to use the master key to reset it. Chandra, Spalon Montage Chanhassen, at a Community Involvement Event. The instructions to lock the locker isn't even on the lockers! It's by the sinks on the other side of the locker. By the time we made it to our appointment, we were given no guidance and left to fend for ourselves in the locker room. The construction made it a huge hassle to find parking, let alone find the hidden tunnel to access the building. Getting into the building was a nightmare.
